Siti Aisah is a 35-year-old married Indonesian lady. She previously worked in Singapore caring for an elderly grandmother. She is able to understand simple English, though she finds it difficult to respond fluently after four years without practice in Indonesia. She is confident she will regain her spoken English once she resumes working in Singapore. In addition, she has obtained a certificate in Dementia Care at Home, which equips her with valuable knowledge and skills to support elderly patients with special needs.

Employment History (2019 – 2021)

She worked for a Chinese family in Singapore and successfully completed her 2‑year contract. The household consisted of six members: Sir, Ma’am, three adult daughters aged 22, 20, and 19, and one 90‑year‑old infirm grandmother.

Main Duties:

Elderly Care: Provided full assistance to the grandmother including walking support, showering, toileting, feeding, dressing, administering medication, and accompanying her for medical check‑ups and haircuts.

Housekeeping: Managed daily household chores in an HDB flat with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets, including cleaning, laundry, and ironing.

Cooking: Assisted in food preparation by preparing ingredients for employer’s cooking. She observed Chinese cooking and is confident she can cook Chinese dishes with guidance or by following tutorials.

Indonesian Cuisine: Skilled in cooking Indonesian dishes such as sambals, curries, fried items, porridge, chicken rice, and more.

Siti Aisah is experienced in elderly care, proficient in housekeeping, and confident in cooking Indonesian dishes as well as simple Chinese meals under guidance. She is ready for interview and prepared to return to Singapore for employment. With only her husband residing in Indonesia, she remains flexible and committed to overseas work.
