Nani Ade Kantari is a 30-year-old Indonesian, divorced, with one child aged 5. She has gained valuable experience in elderly care through her employment in both Taiwan and Singapore, caring for elderly and disabled elderly. She is able to converse in simple Mandarin and English, making her adaptable to different households and communication needs.

Her first employment was in Taiwan from 2017 to 2019 with a family of three: Ma’am, Sister, and a bedridden Ah Gong. She assisted Ah Gong in all his activities of daily living, including showering, dressing, eating, and toileting, providing patient and attentive care. In addition to caregiving, she managed housekeeping for a 3-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 2 toilets and took responsibility for marketing and cooking. She prepared simple Chinese dishes suitable for Ah Gong’s dietary needs, ensuring meals were soft, nutritious, and easy to consume, while also cooking balanced meals for the adult family members. This demonstrated her ability to adapt cooking styles to meet both elderly care requirements and the household’s daily needs.

Her second employment was in Singapore from 2024 to 2026 with a household consisting of Sir, a wheelchair-bound Ah Mah, and six tenants. She focused on the daily care of Ah Mah, assisting with showering, feeding, toileting, and dressing. Alongside caregiving, she cleaned and maintained an HDB flat with 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets, and handled marketing and cooking duties.

Nani Ade Kantari is now ready to return to Singapore after taking a short rest to spend time with her child and family. She is motivated, responsible, and committed to providing quality care and household support for her future employer.
