Rafi Ratna Palupi is a 39-year-old married Indonesian Muslim with five children aged 17, 15, 13, 10, and 9. She has 2 years of experience working with a Chinese family in Singapore. She is able to care for dogs, manage duties in a landed property, and work alongside another helper. She can communicate in simple English and is adaptable to employer requirements.

She worked in Bahrain from 2018 to 2023 before coming to Singapore. During her five years there, she cared for a family of three—Ah Ma, Ah Gong, and a 3-year-old child. In addition to caregiving, she handled general housekeeping duties and meal preparation for the household. She also assisted her employer in preparing and cooking Middle Eastern dishes, including nasi kebuli, gulai kambing, and samosas.

From 2023 to 2025, she completed a full 2-year contract in Singapore with two families of nine members: Sir (2x), Ma’am (2x), Ah Mah, Ma’am’s brother and girlfriend, and two daughters (newborn and 1.5-year-old). She provided dedicated childcare, managing feeding, bathing, diapering, soothing, and engaging the toddler in play and early learning while ensuring the newborn’s safety and comfort. She also do housekeeping in a three-storey bungalow, carrying out daily cleaning, laundry, and deep cleaning tasks with consistency and attention to detail. In addition, she handled marketing and cooking, preparing meals suited to the family’s preferences and keeping the kitchen well‑organized. She can cook local dishes that include steam fish, ABC soup, noodles, fry vegetables, Bak Kut Teh and many more, she can follow Youtube recipes.

She is now ready to return to work, bringing with her proven experience, reliability, and the ability to manage both childcare and household responsibilities. She is confident and prepared to support her future employer’s household needs.
